Fatigue Busters

Why post about fatigue so early in a brand-new year? So that we don't find ourselves fatigued in a few weeks!

-take a day trip totally unrelated to the topic you're studying

-take a field trip related to what you're studying

-do school in a new location- mom's bed, the deck, by CD in the car

-take a break and come back to school on a Thursday

-concentrate on one subject- do just science for a few days

-or just drop science altogether for a while!

-take a day off of school to tackle some project that's hanging over you, weighing you (and your productivity) down

Do you really have no time for a nice break? Get yourself a cup of tea or coffee, some of your favorite cookies (mine are Italian rainbow cookies or shortbread) and go read some statistics about public schools. You'll feel refreshed and ready to return to the school table.

I'm so pleased you are reading Higher Education!
